Nonz farmed the table and then sat out at the end of the game, giving AKAKAKAKAKA the "free" win in an effort to get him into the top 25 and knock les out of the top 25. Both attempts failed however, so no harm was done. It was shitty play nonetheless.

at 7:36 AM, Sunday February 1, 2009 EST Since when is it cheating to decide to take a lower position than the one you're currently in? If it was, everyone here would be a cheater. Show me a rule that demands from you to take 1st if you are 1st. Nonz has made a decision in the game (which I am extremely grateful to him, and note that it wasn't even a pre-game decision), he didn't take anyone's place to act according to this decision. 2nd-flagged player got 2nd, non-flagged players got lower positions. He did not farm. Just to have another version posted here. It wasn't as cruel and unfair as much you all have been screaming and suffering about it.

at 8:03 AM, Sunday February 1, 2009 EST There was no conspiracy at all. It wasn't like the monte case in July. "PGA's or any intent to help another player prior to a game is entirely unacceptable. Group efforts to boost the points of one player is not tolerated." None of these has happened.

at 10:06 AM, Sunday February 1, 2009 EST flagging 2nd, when you are clearly in first, on the last day on the month, on 5K tables, surely looks suspicious.
but i was not there, so IDK |

at 10:30 AM, Sunday February 1, 2009 EST Hoo yeah HIGH DRAMA !
It was an in game truce. Not my fault u didnt counter. i let my parterns get 1 & 2 for their help as i still finish the game with the most points with 3. Get over it dude, You'r decision to jeopardize ure top25 and fail at it. Sure thing is i wasnt going to truce with you when you kicked me out the game before for no reasons exept to let ure old buddy advance. A lot could be said about the old timers, borderline pga in each games at the high tables. Not respecting flags or anything. even killing people who they flagged to. New comers here are just feeling like they got a target on their back. But i guess that's just the way things works. and IM SORRY I FUCKED URE LIFE AND ALL, Next game i swear i'll offer you my d*ck in a box,to start the month without any bad feelings beetwen us. LOVE, Nonzdanonz |

at 11:15 AM, Sunday February 1, 2009 EST No it was not a truce, it was you giving him a higher position than he deserved for reasons other than the events of the game. Which is (or should be) illegal.

at 11:16 AM, Sunday February 1, 2009 EST Nonz, I don't care about my position in the game, that isn't the purpose of the post. You never truced AK in the game and your intention was not to reward anyone or anything other than your own ego. I also don't care that 1st place killed smaller players in the game, that is the leaders perogative. I care that you tried to manipulate the standings by forfeiting the position you earned and giving 1st in the game to a player that never fought for it nor earned it. AK never had more than 5 territories in the game and you were the outright leader once you killed les.
I'm not accusing AK of anything here, he was a bystander just like the rest of us. Nonz was the only party involved in this ego trip and he failed at his attempt to boot les from the top 25. AK tried to bring up monte as a point, so I'll use a different game involving him as an example. Monte was punished in December when Ryan saw him win a game with only one territory. A revolt occured which he was a part of and he happened to be the only player that wasn't flagged. The leader was eventually defeated, and decided to lag out before he lost all his dom. Monte never had the chance to flag for 2nd, 3rd, or 4th, so he defaulted as the winner. Ryan was watching and took all monte's points he had earned for the day, saying monte was being given an unjust favor with the win. This situation isn't the same, but the principle is. Had Ryan been watching last night's game, he would have treated Nonz in the same manner for giving a player an unjust position for no reason what so ever. And by the way Nonz, the game before when I killed you, I almost accomplished a "triple one hit" on that turn. You had no position, no territory larger than 4, and no right to bitch about getting killed. In last nights game, I was fighting Pat in the northeast with fully stacked territories and it took you 5 rounds to kill me. That's a huge difference of examples you are using. I'm not one to usually complain about shoddy play or cheating, but what you did was wrong and inexcusable. Pat, les, and shad will all agree I'm sure, and AK knows what went down was wrong to. Although I can't blame him for accepting the favor. He wanted top 25. |
