Flagging bug?

I just experienced what looks like a new flagging bug. A game was coming to a close and there were just 2 people left. But the 2nd place was listed as 3rd. He flagged, but it wouldn't drop out. He had to let 1st kill him (or he could have just sat out).

at 12:00 PM, Friday January 2, 2009 EST Nah, he's talking about the bug where if you flag the second that someone else dies, it keeps the flag for the previous position but the game goes on. For example, 2nd place guy can only flag 3 but 1st kills 3rd. Just as 3rd dies, 2nd flags (giving him a flag for 3). Then the game doesnt end, 2 players left. the guy in 1st and another player who is flagged 3rd but still playing and cant flag out, has to get killed or lag out.
