lol although i don't particularly agree with ur approach here kehoe... you are right. It is nonsense that i could not use that avatar. I actually specifically went to the rules page to make sure it wasn't against them, and the rule is no pornography in avatars. Pornography, to me, at the very least mean that it could not be shown in a PG-13 movie, whereas my avatar could. Nothing inappropriate is shown. I wouldn't care so much but ive had it for a year now...

Can we please get the opinion of other mods and or ryan? This borders on infringing upon our rights as rule following players of the game.

As another advisor...yes I rarely play Kdice. But, I am also responsible for enforcing rules on all three games.

Poronography by definition: The explicit depiction of sexual subject matter, especially with the sole intention of sexually exciting the viewer. With your comment of "because of how it made him feel funny in his pants" gives us the impression that yes this avatar is pornography per definition. Maybe not for you, but if you can assume that, then it is a possibility ------ Make sense now?

The players that have these types of avatars have a chance to remove them now, or we will do it for you.

No you dumb twat. I was pointing out the fact that he was being an over-reacting prude and that we've got this idea of having to be so politically correct that we try and make everyone feel all warm and fuzzy inside and can no longer express ourselves. Should avatars of exposed naked men and women, holding their genitalia or exposed breasts be tolerated? No. But just saying we're going to ban anything that shows skin cause someone may get a little bit arroused by it is a rediculous over-reaction and maybe we have people in the modding position that need to take a step back and look at themselves.

First of all, that is a very watered down version of the definition. Secondly, Kehoe was joking about that and that was clear, it is as u said "just an avatar" and NOT intended to sexually arouse the viewer. I have had that avatar for a year now, as i said, and that is why i would like to keep it. there has been no problem with it before and there shouldn't be one now. What this comes down to is an abuse of power and an over-assertion of the rules, and its unfair.

You can't sit there and pretend that that photo is pornography, and mystery man, the person who banned it, actually said that he wasn't claiming it was pornography by blocking it, which seems to me to directly mean it shouldn't be banned. It seems like you guys are just board and are spending your time nitpicking nonsense. Your role is to make the game better and your making it less fun...If someone doesn't like my av all they have to do is click it and it goes away...can't you leave it at that?
