there are only two times when i can play kdice for a large chunk of the day: 1) when my wife is away with the baby, and 2) when my superiors at work are out of town. after playing for several hours in a row, i feel one of three things: 1) ahh that was relaxing, 2) ahh that was relaxing and awesome, cus i got amazingly lucky starts and went on a +5000 streak, or 3) goddamn #$%@#$ wasted my entire day slacking off on a worthless online game for fake points and png trophies, couldve gotten a lot more important stuff done today, but instead i lost 5000 fake points. #$#@!!!!

well, i have 3 sentiments about tourneys: 1) ahh that was relaxing (i.e. when i just play and lose), 2) ahh that was relaxing and awesome because i got a payout, or 3) goddamn #$#@$% just wasted over an hour of my life because the tourney crashed.

in the case of 3), i have a very bitter taste in my mouth whenever it happens because i couldve been doing something productive instead, or at the very least, i couldve been sitting on regular tables and enjoying that.

so, please, lets get these bugs squished. or squashed. or both. please take down the 100 nightly and members afternoon until they have been tested and proven bug-free, because every time i sit down at one, these are my thoughts: "hmmm this tourney is risky because its been buggy before... but... Ryan wouldnt leave a buggy tourney alive, and i trust Ryan, so i will sit since it must be fixed by now." and then, about 50% of the time, well... you know the schtick.

conclusion: take the buggy tourneys down, because they are generating a lot of bad emotions on the site. better to not have the buggy tourneys at all (members afternoon and nightly 100 at least) than to leave them up as buggy code that will just get people pissy.
