Joined tourney and not seated, lost 500 points

I joined the members night tourney 15 minutes before the start so 500 points were taken from my account.
I had no start message to be seated and when I managed to find the tables I was not on the tourney list? Ryan, Is there any way that I can get the buy-in refunded, my issue is that it took the points but didn't register me! |

at 3:14 AM, Saturday November 8, 2008 EST I have just noticed from the time in CST on the forum title that it let me join at 2.45 CST and the tourney started at 2am CST which is why I wasn't seated. (I'm in GMT)
I definately believe its unfair then to take 500 points when it must have been a bug |
