I'd like to know how exactly the domination points are calculated. So, is this already explained somewhere or if not, then could someone explain it, please? An example situation would be useful.

Concidering strategy, domination seems pretty darn important thing to know a bit better, as this one game of mine went as follows: I expanded a lot early and so I was in the top positions from very early. Then I sat many turns just gathering dice. Closer to the end I started fighting with a relatively powerful player stuck behind me. That took all my attention and thus a 3rd, weaker player was able to grow easily gaining 1st. I flagged 2nd and soon the player I was fighting with flagged 3rd. Game over. But then the points... 3rd gets 98 points, 1st 216 and I, I get -84. MINUS 84!! How the heck?! Explain this. Map had 29 territories, the player who got 1st didn't attack me, I lost maybe two territories to this 3rd but won more from him elsewhere.

No need to go through how I should have truced and so, just... Considering points, this was the most ridiculous game ever, so I'm really anxious to understand what exactly happened.
