Server error erased my win?

After a win took me to 867 I sat down to a new game, but it registered only my old score - 603.

I thought it would sort itself out after the game, but the only thing that happened is the points for the new game (-27) were subtracted from my old score (603) and I was left with 575 points.

You can see my stats page from right after (games 9,235,080 and 9,235,440):

Do the math, where did 264 points go?

Yep, I also think that this happens when a server error occurs at the very end of a game.

It happened to me, too, a few weeks ago (it was only a third place, however, thus I only lost a few points)...

It sucked.

yeah, but the thing is there was seemingly no error as far as could be seen - it was even registered in the game log

While this is uncommon, it does happen every now and then. It happened to me too, but I had no choice but to get over it.
