he is not banned because he has not continued to use this particular username since the 15th, and, as you say, banning the IP address is in order, but how do we find out what it is? Incidentally, I have not been able to find a post with a 2:13 AM, Wednesday July 16, 2008 timeline. Bumping the thread merely holds the username up to our noses again. |

one suggestion: if you want people to include all the details you need when reporting abusive/inappropriate behaviours, CREATE A FORM FOR US TO FILL OUT AND/OR GIVE US FORMAL GUIDELINES. that would save both parties a lot of time. |
