I can't believe I am responding to this directly but you can totally discount that RC is the possibility becasue antistatic was very clear in stating his problem.

If it was due to RC, he would have noticed red text in his log saying something like "you can't sit with kdicefreak for the remainder of the month because of his ridiculous BS posts"

Happened to me too but really it sits you and you have to keep refreshing the page its lame
