i donated the 5 dollars to the site and i did not receive my points. Although my stats say that i went down 2,700 spots, i never really lost the 2,500 points i should have received. Has this ever happened to anyone and how do i contact someone for my points.

Now you have a nice shiny star that will show your appreciation for Ryan's work for all eternity... isn't that enough as a reward? The 2500 points will be erased at the end of the month anyway so your problem is just temporary. You can contact Ryan if you want but I fear the $5 = 2500 point is no longer available. |
