GadMadDex's av claims "Kosovo is the heart of Serbia". Is this offensive or merely a case for free speech?

It would be good to have an example of something closer to home (i.e. USA/Canada)? e.g. Would a pro-Isralli or pro-Palestine comment/av be tolerated in the name of free speech? |

Private people who have forums can limit the content if they wish. |

We know from experience that it takes a lot before there is any intervention to stop anything "bad". The porn av debate goes on; somewhere on the forum they're will be something about someone throwing a wobbly. So, in conclusion, almost anything goes. |
