The player notes pollute the "All" view, they shouldn't be included.

While day dreaming under an oak tree this fine morning, it dawned upon myself that the "All" forum listing would be so much more elegant and useful if it did not include "Player Notes" in it.
My reasoning for this is that very few people care about players, especially the players with notes -- just look at the so called "top players", rnd and leekstep. These guys don't even play kdice anymore, and even the highest on the list only have 100 or so votes. Seriously the "Strategies", "Ideas" and "Discussion" are much more _in tune_ with "Kdice" than "Player Notes". Thanks for listening, Have a wonderful day. (ps. Hi Sophie!) |

Mostly to ridicule Sophie and not discuss the actual idea. Seems they all have crush on you Sophie and have a hard time expressing themselves. Are these responses from these preteen fanboys really going to be the biggest threads this month? What happened to the conversations that used to happen on Kdice? There was a day when the greats such as Integral and RND and Montecarlo and Mikeypoo and Leekstep and Nuflis and Fuckyourmother and J-emo-dizzle used to hold intelligent wide ranging conversations about the kdice community. Now they were sometimes very controversial but they elicited dialogue in the community. Now the discussions on Kdice appear to be a series of endless trolling Man-gasms. Why did these greats leave? And how can we clean up this sticky spammy mess that has exploded all over the Forum?? |
