What this is about flagging?

You don´t want to play fair games?
A flag is often a good option - ok.
But to often I see flags, who aren´t fair and don´t make fun in the game.

Example: Your made a nice fight the whole game, most of the time your in the 3rd place.

Then you lose one or two territories against the biggest player, and a lame dude, who was hidden in the corner, unable to come out ´cause his crappy gameplay and strategies take the chance to flag 3rd.

Why everybody on the table respect this dudes flag instead of giving a chanche to the player who played well to reconquer 3rd place against this dude?
