It's Ryan's game he can do what he wants.

JDizzle. I was banned in January because I was friends with RND. Thats what Ryan told me. As we all know RND is indeed Satan -- a fact that is indisputable. However I always found it amusing to watch RND go to any means necessary to win. Outside of kdice -- away from his his evil satanic efforts to manipulate peoples souls -- I found RND to be a funny, decent guy -- if not energetic.

At the time RND was warring with Ryan. THEY were really steamed at each other. In retrospect I should have realized that talking with him in public chat would get me in trouble -- and people were telling me that -- However my arrogance was such that I did not think the rules applied to me.

Ryan perceived that we were hanging out too much so he banned me. He then told me that my punishment would be over soon enough.

Ironically this was one week or so after I got a "clearance" of PGA from Ryan's pga sheet.

At the time I did not feel like serving probation so I quit.

I felt that I had added a lot to the community. I brought a lot of friends to the game. I generated traffic to the site. I tried to be nice to other players and occasionally funny. I thought I brought a lot of civil discourse to the forums. Ironically I led the first campaign to reduce cheating and increase fairness in kdice in May/June 2007.

But truth be told I was starting a new work project in February and wouldn't have had as much time to play anyway.

Most of all I enjoyed this community a lot -- with the exception of PGA monitor. I have made so many good friends!

But Ryan owns the game and writes the rules so there is not a lot I can do.

I thought about writing one of those famous goodbye/i-am-retired/funeral threads in January. But like Monte said not too long ago: Why does everybody write a retirement thread sometimes its just better to leave. (paraphrase)

I just tried to sit a few minutes ago but it is still not working. I have come back occasionally to read the forums and from time to I sit in an alt account -- I have played 6 or 7 games in alts the last few days and its been a lot of fun to see the old-schoolers that are still here. Thanks for your friendship and sense of humor. It's been a blast.

Anyway I appreciate people asking about me these last few days :)
