So who REALLY won March 2008?

Well I say Opiumwhore.
We all know that kdice with modern scoring makes simply playing thousands of games a viable strategy to make it into the top ten, Bombardier DS 65s 1321 games during March is a testament to his stamina if nothing else. So I figured I'd see how well I'd have done if I'd have played as many games as those people in the top 10....turns out not everyone in the top ten played all that many games, so working on a points per game basis, here's my view of the top ten from March, plus me. And no this doesn't take into account PGAs, PGEs, gypsy curses, being given points for whining, or the 2500 some people start with for giving Ryan money. 1st opiumwhore - 308.11PPG 2nd wishbone - 250.91PPG 3rd Chris0123 - 199.19PPG 4th petomni - 178.92PPG 5th vicsf - 158.55PPG 6th Ssergio - 158.48PPG 7th Pat Whalen - 156.35PPG 8th NEXON - 138.30PPG Big gap Snews88 - 67PPG DCWOODY - 48.15PPG Bombardier DS 65 - 31.56PPG Conclusion: with the exception of the possible robot Bombardier, all the top players really are better than me :( If anyone (who played more than 50 games in March to show it's not a fluke), thinks they can beat 308PPG, let us see the stats. |
