Is anyone else's favorites list malfunctioning?

I am having a problem with players on my favorites list not showing up, even though they are currently playing on the system. Just wondering if others are experiencing the same problem.
PS. And yes, I have refreshed, as well as logged off and back on. |

before the RC ban is active, the people you are close to be banned from are banned from your stalker bar in order to make it more difficult for you to find them and play friendly neighbour with them |
