I started to play kdice in December 2006 and stopped a few months ago. I wonder if there are still any people around who have played since December 2006 and still do?
If yes - do you consider the time invested in the game as something positive - or do you perceive it as a harmful addiction? I am just curious... Were you able to build any meaningful lasting relationships in through kdice? |

I would say I've built some pretty good relations and there are plenty of people I will most likely stay in touch with if I ever stopped playing kdice. |

I've been around since Nov 2006 or so, whenever kdice was first launched, albeit under a few different names. As for the invested time, it is a mixed blessing. KDice has brought me hours of enjoyment, yet I can't help but feel like I am addicted and that I really should be doing something more productive. lasting relationships ? I would say yes, with a few people, but hasn't they haven't transferred outside of KDice. |

I started to play in December, in fact I still hold an email from my brother, with these words: No te digo más: kdice.com (I don't tell you anymore: kdice.com). And finally, 1 year and 2 months later, I am a half-retired player. That was becoming addictive, not for the game itself but for the points-rank worrying... and I kinda hate that feeling. I've got great moments here, I've met really interesting people and I have great friends here with whom I can talk for hours about different things (not about kdice). P.S.: One year and two months chatting in english and I'm not able to improve my grammar/vocabulary, my bad. |
