8vs 11 starting dice.
I've not seen an 8 dice player come off well yet. |

This seems like a huge disadvantage to those playing with the 8 dice. |

My point is on the 25 territory tables. Some players start with 11 dice, and some with 8. Given that in some cases +3 dice is a good first round result, it's a huge advantage. In fact I've not seen an 8 start dice player win a game, and quite often, they are down to 3 dice before they have played. Does that make more sense? |

at 12:48 PM, Friday February 15, 2008 EST On a 25 territory board players start like this:
4 players with 4 lands and 11 dice, 1 player with 3 lands and 8 dice, 2 players with 3 lands and 9 dice. I think what Scorp is saying is that the 5th player is at an extreme disadvantage on these very tight boards. I think it may be better to reverse starting orders or just create a minimum of 28 territory boards since the 5th player on 25 land boards is at a severeq disadvantage. |
