Just had one of those games that proves it. It was down to another player and myself. I had at least six more spaces than him and all populated equal to him.

Then it started, every roll he'd either defend successfully or take my space. All 8v8, he'd consistently win and I would consistently lose. This lasted for at least 8 rounds until I only had 4 spaces left and had to resign.

This is plainly *not* random. This is *not* "luck" or a "hot streak." There's very obviously something more influencing the outcome than random dice rolls.

Yes, I've had it come out on my side too. I feel horrible when I'm on one of the "can't lose" streaks and it takes then fun out of the game.

I simply want to know what influences the roll outcomes so I can better play the game. Ryan?

Didn't you get the memo? Ryan has implemented karma into the game. As everyone knows results for coin flipping are heads-tails-heads-tails.... and so on

I'm assuming that was sarcasm. I'm not expecting anything like what you describe. That's an unnatural extreme just as much as what I described.
