Is there a list for reporting PGA?

Is it frowned upon to talk about players here?

I just got out of a blatant PGA game -- little frustrated and I want to post names and the chat log, but I'm not sure if it's frowned upon or not.

I know accusations are nothing but that, and I'm not really overly paranoid or one to fraps all my games...
