I was curious and just looked at the results of the current rankleader. And what i saw was disappointing:

Leeksteep won 12 of 128 games in the last 4 days...

...that is not even 7 of 1....

neither i understand how u can get topplayer with such a worse stat nor i think this game is a strategy game...it is a game about luck and pga...and the percentage the stats shows about "luck" has flaws...

the ranks have no value

I was curious and looked through te posts of this guy named LionGazoz and what i saw was disappointing:

LionGazoz posts all the time about whiny stupid ideas that make no sense, and complaining about things he doesnt understand. Sadly, he thinks that the game has nothing to do with skill, and somehow "luck" stats flaw ryans face.

LionGazoz is stupid

Dear LionGazoz,
That is a very interesting point.

If you have seen any of my games in the past two days, Monte or one of his Private IM teammates stalk me in every room and every game and sabotage me, and heckle the table to kill me. And they provide completely blatant lies to encourage people to attack me.

I have learned that it takes a whole different set of skills to win a month: like stalking the competition and heckling/sabotaging, asking all your friends to kill an enemy, using private IMs, coming up with blatant lies to turn public opinion, tons of PGAs lies IMs, etc.

It is quite fun watching what people will do. Monte is so bitter that he cant beat me, that he has promised to flagfest and lend the support from his Team to help Yellowfin win the month.

But your initial observation is valid. The current scoring system awards people for playing lots of games.

Yellowfin plays lots of games and is a good guy, and I am happy for him to win the month. Monte wont even need to organize and flagfests.

I was only interested in seeing Monte fail to win yet again after the private and personal information he posted in the forum. Now that Monte has quit, I am happy to not play another game.

But to your original point, I suggest that Ryan reverts to zero sum scoring, where there arent extra points added to the total pot for each game.

another typical leekstep accusation.
hes right in one thing: leek hardly gets 1st recently because i have declared pge on him. same reason that i hardly get 1st recently too. when you pge, your 1st %ages drop dramatically. hes wrong in saying that i want to flagfest. some idiot emailed someone a doctored transcript saying i want to flagfest. and this narcissistic mccarthy will believe anything that comes across his desk. so of course, he doesnt trust my honesty, as usual, and posts shit about me in the forums, as usual. the funny thing is he tried to make up with me yesterday and i was like, shit leek, ive forgiven you too many times, and all ive learned is i cant trust you and you will always post more unfounded shit about me in the forums publicly. and here, he proves my point.

i mean seriously, how many people have trusted this guy at some point of other, and then theyre still surprised when hes just using them for his purposes? mikeypoo? check. rnd? check. monte? four checks, but there will never be a fifth.
