Those with time to play a lot can make it to the top of the leaderboard, but what about those that will only play, say, 100 games in a month? They are out of luck. And I bet that represents a huge amount of people on kdice.
Why not have a leaderboard that shows the best players scores for 100 games? This could either be just a simple querry of those with 100 or fewer games, then once they get to 101 games they are off the list. Or it could be a special, second user profile that only lets that profile play 100 games. Lots of strategy even in the 100 game...stay in the lower tables or risk it in the higher tables? It would give those that don't play for hours each day a shot to compete for something. Heck, maybe have a 50 game, 100 game, and 500 game monthly category leaderboard!!! How many abandoned profiles are there? Would this keep some coming back if they could actually compete for something? Maxerang |

I do think kdice needs to do something for the casual player, though I know many in the forums don't fall into that category, casual players would help support the site (via ads, etc.) |
