Exactly what is it measuring? I know that the closer to 100% it is, the luckier someone is, but is it purely a measure of percentage of attacks/defends won, or does it include the actual chance of winning in the calculation?

Also, whilst I'm at it, how do I add someone as a friend and how do I see who has me added as a friend? :)
