Where did the country flags go?

I hope I'm not the only one here who misses the country flags next to each player's name. They served as an interesting way to quickly figure out who else in the game shared a national or linguistic identity with oneself, and if nothing else it was interesting to see how many different people from around the world were playing at one time. Please bring them back.
