How does it calulate?

Is there any "manual" for this game? I'm new here. I don't knwo how to calculate my cubes and I don't know if they are strong enough to kick somebody else in the game. May anybody help me?

"At the end of each turn the number of new dice randomly distributed is based on the largest number connected territories for that player." An example, if you have ten *connected* land at the end of your turn then you get +10 dice (placed in random locations) |
