I think it will be very fair to allow quitting game in first round without loosing points.
I mean. Few times even your time for play is not on you have one dice left. And that is not right. I like random system of game but also I think players should have right to quit game without loosing points or maybe with loosing only few points (5 or 10) |

at 8:54 PM, Saturday November 17, 2007 EST I've had many games where by the time I got to take my first turn I only had once space with one or two dice, or maybe just a couple of spaces with a few dice... such that continuing the game is pretty well pointless. So it would be nice to be able to get out of an extremely bad luck situation without taking a big score hit.
However, I suspect some people would abuse this, and flag out of every game where they don't start off with a huge advantage. So maybe the flag would only be avail on your first round and if you met some criteria... maybe the criteria would involve the number of spaces you occupy or the number of dice on the board, or some combination there of. This way people can't play a numbers game and join and quit countless games until they hit one where they have a huge advantage (say all starting spaces grouped together with high dice count on the edges). at 11:00 PM, Saturday November 17, 2007 EST Agent G, Could you elaborate on "abuse"? I really think that something should be done to alleviate some of the pain here.
I say so becuase I'm always been pissed, and I mean PISSED that I can and have lost a significant amount of points due to either a bad start or bad rolls. And, even though they are random, i've still noticed a pattern through out the months I've played this game. Some days, every table I sit at, I get a well collected and stacked beginning, and I place in the top three in almost all of the games. others, I can't be lucky enough to sit in a seat that gets me to fourth. So, if this means anything to you Ryan, I agree that something should be done to deal with difficult starts. |

an 8 v5 and a 6 v 2 should NEVER be lost in a row. that was total utter bs. |

You can quit in first round and loose nothing or very few points or no matter you have bad start stay on table hoping few more players will quit and make room for you to advantage. |
