What's the 'k' in kdice?

This might be an easy one, but what does the k in kdice stand for? And also, why when I type 'kdice' in this post does it tell me it's spelled incorrectly?
Make your guesses, or if everyone knows already except me, would someone kindly explain? |

'k' means multiplayer multiplayer is 11 characters long. k = 11th letter of alphabet. |
