Baseball-style standings for kdice.

On reflecting on a reply I made to a post by Big Jumblies on another thread about losing rank to someone who hasn't played new games, I realized that the baseball system for missed games can be adapted to kdice.

In baseball, if a team misses a game it is given a helf-game credit (as if the missed game is counted as fifty/fifty probabilities of win/loss). Later, when the team makes up the game, the other teams are adjusted up or down half a game as appropriate.

In kdice, suppose that a player who finishes seventh in a game is said to have fallen one more game behind the winner. The sixth place finisher then would have lost 5/6 of a game relative to the leader, the fifth place finisher 4/6, and so on. Then a players total games behind (with respect to an imaginary player who came in first all the time) would be the total of games played times 1/6 the number of seconds, 2/6 the number of thirds, etc. Then, for unplayed games, a further addtion would be made of half the difference between the player's games played and the number of games played by the player who has played the most games. (The half arises from the player being imputed to come in fourth in unplayed games.) This calculation is made for each player. The player with the lowest games behind (the imaginary perfect player) is the leader. The leader's games behind is subtracted from all players games behind. Then what you have is the standings.

Here are the standings of the top 25 from a recent (not current) set of scores so you can get the idea. Players names, games played, percentage profile, and games behind are shown.
The games behind do not line up perfectly with sixths of games because Ryan truncates the percentages, throwing them off a little.

SSergio is the current leader, with Joselito Michaud in second roughly 15 games out of first place.
