To kill or not to kill the neutrals, that is the question.

Is there any advantage in taking out the neutrals? If they prevent you from connecting, then sure. But other than that, is there a point?

It's free land if it's an easy take. Can also enable you to expand without aggro'ing another player. But if you get to the point where it's 8v8 neutral vs. 8v8 your opponent, you'd be a fool to hit neutral. :)

Totally agree. If you had 8 spaces and 5 neutral in a safe area for you to take, you'd be having 13 next round, and if it happens to be in a corner (you cornered someone into flagging) its even safer in that you dont have to worry about losing those spots...

Do the neutrals count towards the table's dom points or does the table essentially reduce the size of the table?
