I have a problem that I hope you can help resolve. Sometimes when I log on, the map will not display and there is no sound. This doesn't happen everytime, but once it does it is almose impossible to cure. I tried refreshing, restarting the browser, even rebooting. Sometimes it helps, other times it does nothing. Any ideas what is going on and how i can fix it? Thanks very much in advance.
