Asshats continued through the 1800s?

For a game based around strategy and being "nice" to ppl, there sure are a lot of asshats who have ratings ~1800... thought it would all change by then!
(Yes gunners1, you are one!) Also, a lot of assumptions and abuse based on on how they think the game should be played rather than just playing the game and trying to win. |
