How the domination point of players killed in the first third rounds are computed?


It also says that "partial domination points are awarded every time a player is eliminated".
Does it mean that the net domination point of a player is the sum of partial domination points of the player?
And partial domination point calculated when player A is eliminated is based on the average of territory size from the third round to the moment the player A is eliminated?
