Stop asking me for them.
While we're on the topic. If you're in 1st and ask for a truce with 2nd place, you're a conservative wuss. If you're in 2nd place and ask for a truce with 1st, you're a mediocre conservative wuss. If you're in 5th place and ask for a truce with 6th place just because he's right behind you with an 8 stack, your truce is inconsequential and everyone should counter-truce both of you and kill you slowly. Very slowly. If you continually ask (or beg) people for truces then everyone should stop fighting and kill you before starting the game. If you're in 3rd and ask for a truce with 2nd, then 1st is screwed. |

I avoid trucing purely because the counter is often more powerful than the truce. It all depends on position, really. Truces are part of the game - people need to stop complaining :) |
