From hence forth the action of spreading one's dice to a multitude of territories in singular fashion in the hopes of the coveted early 8 stack shall be known as a "splay".

I thought that was suiciding. "From hence forth the action of spreading one's dice to a multitude of territories in singular fashion in the hopes of the coveted early 8 stack shall be known as a "splay"." I always took that to be noobing. And NOT to be confused with "I'm gonna spread out with one of my territories because I have no other hope." And I only say that because I do that. |

I disagree.. Ive used the "splay" to my advantage many times. Snatch up a corner, and connect and spread as much as possible.. the hope is that most dice go the corner. Ive won many games using that strategy. Usually best when youre really spread out at the beginning. |
