Peter North and Sinth top the top 25 TAPLers as of 07-07-07

North and Sinth top the top 25'ers in the TAPL, but they don't do as well as the mighty skrum, who for the first time has over-TAPLed the top 25'ers. But North and Sinth also have the best CI's, doing much better than skrum, though skrum for the first time has come out of negative CI territory.
