Just played a game against the following at a 1500 table:

-bloemkool- (new account rated at 1500)
mister stanley (existing account in the 1700's)

The new account had the top of the field dominated and had +32 yet would not attack mister stanley in the south who was pressured by my forces and could have easily been overwhelmed by -bloemkool- from the north.

No truce was ever declared in the chat box, but the red at the top just sat there skipping turns while stanley continually eroded my lands (I was ranked close to 1800)

They just waited and waited multiple turns to reduce my dominance score and increase their own. When I called them on it stanley typed "creep" in the chat box.

So anyway, don't play with these two jokers.
