other than that no, nothing at all. Flags dont do anything other than end the game when everyone but first flags. |

the most territories wins, if people have the same territories, then the number of dice determine breaks the tie, if it is still tied (very rare) I'm pretty sure it goes to who had the largest average size during the game. Its only happened to me twice so it could clearly be a coincidence on that last point |
