This is where you kill a player with one hit.
But let's make some rules, it has to be a minimum of three territories, and you have to say, "i'm going for the one hit" before you do it. It also work on disadvantage kills like 2v3 or 4v5 or so. And it also works for 8v8 one hit kills. You then post your one hit on your profile, and see how many you have by the end of the month or whatever. |

at 1:45 PM, Friday June 1, 2007 EDT True, the one hit will make things more interesting. There should be compensation though for the 1 hit because you leave yourself wide open to others. So I think a +10 1 hit should be added to your dom.

at 7:35 AM, Tuesday June 12, 2007 EDT I don't see how one hitting ruins your own game. If it ruins yours, you're doing it wrong.
As far as ruining someone else's game... isn't that the point, trying to end up higher than someone else? |

Going against a truce, me and another player came back to win. There were three players left, me with almost all, the counter trucer with a few the opponent with a few and an 8 in the corner. Counter trucer end up with 7 small terretories in a line after killing all of te opponents bar the one 8-stack in the corner. Opponent then kills all 7 in a row with the 8 stack! |

at 7:17 PM, Tuesday June 12, 2007 EDT Couldn't agree more. Aren't we playing this game to dominate others. Ruining another players game is usually part of that gameplan.
But let's not fail to mention a few things. First of all, this style of play is right up MY alley because you end up with a game that is a lot less than just "End Turn" and inty's favorite the 8v8 "luckfest." I can name a few players out there that appreciate and respect some aggresive play. Also, a 1-hit that includes some shorthanded and even strength dice victories or the use of one original stack of dice can demonstrate the skill (some may call it luck) of siad assassin. Not to mention it can do wonders for the attitude if you have just taken a few beatdowns from crappy players!!! PS. Nice one DUCK. Too bad it wasn't your main. Sissy. |
