Min score tables

I know that the Minimum score tables are based on players at certain scores, but it that based on people logged in, or overall tables? Last couple of nights we have had the 1700 tables becoming 1800 tables and back. Is this because all the 1800 players can't stay above the level, or because there aren't enough 1800 players logged into the site? Thanks

at 7:46 PM, Wednesday May 23, 2007 EDT you need 250 players above the level to have those tables, so most likely some players drop below 18 and the 17 tables come back
