i've heard that if somebody attacks someone that's flagged, the attacker will lose points. is it true?

They didn't realize that they were wrong until I started to explain that I actually played a few games in the sandbox with Ryan when he was testing the system. It appeared that the player had no clue and was quoting from someone who was just trying to spread misinformation.

If he could no longer be attacked without penalty, that would be unfair, not allowing the game to progress naturally and allowing the flagger to perhaps choose the winner, maybe a PGA partner.
